2. Services & Software Products
BrazosSoft LLC provides enterprise software engineering, product design, identity solutions (IAM/SSO), agentic AI workflow automation, and proprietary software products.
Usage of proprietary software products (such as TitheTrack or Dealer Manager) is subject to dedicated Master Services Agreements (MSAs) or Software Subscription Contracts executed between BrazosSoft LLC and the subscriber organization.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, trademarks, software code, UI designs, brand assets, and agentic framework implementations on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of BrazosSoft LLC and protected under international copyright and trademark laws.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BrazosSoft LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our website or informational materials.
